Today Boris Johnson addressed the house of commands and has announced that people can go to stadiums up to 4,000 people if you are in the tier 1 of England. In tier 2 however 2,000 people will be allowed and none in tier 3. This new rule will come into affect on the 2nd of December.
Boris said "In tiers one and two, spectator sports and business events will be free to resume inside and outside with capacity limits and social distancing,"
